EBT Cards holders freaked out last weekend when a glitch in the system caused the EBT Cards to decline on 17 States. When they came back online in some States the SNAP accounts had no limit. With typical entitlement attitude thousands emptied the shelves of stores and supermarkets. Who should be held accountable? The Beneficiary. They know how much benefit they receive each month. If they chose to exceed that limit, all future benefits should be withheld until the debt is paid off.
