ECG News: 1. The ECG board chairman Tony Oteng Gyasi had stepped down on health grounds and today his position was filled by a chief from the Central Region. 2. The ECG Managing Director who had gone on leave in the midst of the dum-dum, was replaced (make that sacked) today with his Director of Procurement. 3. The sacked MD was a reverend minister and an engineer (he has both titles in front of his name, mind you) and he couldnt do the job. which begs the question: Can the new one who is only an engineer save the situation? Anyway, the dum-dum continues unabated.
