ECON 101: raising wages reduces the employment of people, - TopicsExpress

ECON 101: raising wages reduces the employment of people, increases the bankruptcies of small businesses and it also increases inflation and raises prices for everyone essentially making everyone poorer! If wages continue to rise they will eventually put the entire economy into a recession. This is a lose, lose, situation. This is particularly true at the minimum wage where workers have no skills or education and they are already overpaid so they will not be able to find other employment. These jobs are meant for teenagers and people looking for their first job while they develop the skills and education to move to a better job. They are not meant to be a lifetime career or to support a family. Do you ever ask a minimum wage worker at Wal-Mart for help? They are totally useless. You shouldn’t pay a person based on their needs but rather based on what they can do. We must also realize that EVERYONE PICKS THEIR POSITION IN LIFE based on how much education they get, on what skills they develop, on how hard and how smart they work and how much they are able to save and invest time and money. Dems are using this sham prior to their re-election to buy votes but will make sure it won’t pass until after they are elected so the job loss can’t hurt them. This is an IRREFUTABLE FACT it is a shame and that so many people are not intelligent enough to realize this. YOU CAN FOOL SOME OF THE PEOPLE SOME OF THE TIME Companies like Wal-Mart operate on such a small profit margin that ever a small increase would hurt them! If shop there you already know how incompetent most of their low end employees are: they are already overpaid. If they want more money all they have to do is develop skills and get education and move up. WM offers more opportunities than any other company for internal promotion. As proof of the pudding there are 500 people waiting in line for each person that quits. Nobody is underpaid. Nobody forces then to work there. They only hire them to keep prices low so that we will shop there. They have no skills or education and many can’t speak understandable English. I get aggravated every time I have to deal with them but the Store’s price is right. If they were worth more they would have left long ago. Who would hire someone that stayed in an entry lever job for ten years. Ninety percent of all people at all levels are incompetent in their jobs, look at our president. Wages are determined by supply and demand not by pretentious needs al sharpton, the first pimp, is the typical low IQ liberal loser with an idea: raise the minimum wage to $1,000 an hr and then everybody would be a millionaire !!!! That’s liberal logic do you think it will work? That’s right, think, I rest my case!!
