EF athletes traveled to Ironman 70.3 Raleigh this weekend with some amazing results! Athletes battled a headwind on the point-to-point bike, but many still came away with strong performances and personal bests! -Troy Lenderking led the way for EF, finishing in 4:48 and qualifying for the Ironman 70.3 World Championship! -Coach Andrew had a 7:00 PR, and just missed the 5:00 barrier! -John Caldwell had a personal best for the half distance, going 5:29! -Elyse Gallegos finished 5th in a very strong field in her age group! -Lee Younts scored a 10-minute personal best at the half distance! -Jax Bethel and Lori Kross put together great races and were close to personal bests, and Andrea Bovo finished his first half! Congratulations team!
