EHS is seeking to recruit the following : ** Procurement Officer ( Senior/Junior) : 1-Two types, from 2-4 years and above 5 years. 2-Review the purchase requests and ensures the full technical specifications for purchasing services and materials. 3-Search for and select the reputable suppliers locally or externally with best quality, terms of payment and delivery and lowest cost for purchasing products and services. 4- Prepares the purchase orders and send them to suppliers. 5-Follows up with suppliers on purchase orders terms and conditions to ensure the on-time delivery 6- Receives invoices and ensures the accuracy according to the purchase order. 7- Evaluate suppliers according to compliance with specifications, Response to compliant & after sales services, competitive prices and terms of payment and delivery. 8-Attend meetings, conferences and meet with suppliers. 9-Assist in monitoring stock and controlling budgets. 10- Manages air forwarder, customs clearance, and exemption regulation activities 11- Creates, maintains, and implants all relevant and KPIs reports and procurement’s records Interested candidates please send your CV to : [email protected] writing Procurement Officer in the subject field
