I know our Dublin European Election Candidate Mary Fitzpatrick has also shown leadership on this issue and will also be removing posters. Fianna Fáil has led the way in committing to removing all election posters along the route and I am urging all other election candidates and political parties to do that same.” Councillor O’Brien, who is on the Howth-Malahide Area Committee and Chair of the Fingal Sports Partnership added: “This weekend will be a great opportunity for our communities to put their best foot forward. I know many people along the route in Baldoyle, Portmarnock and Malahide who are looking forward to it and making a family occasion out of the weekend.
