Meanwhile, we have NONE to go forward... It is very difficult to join the cheering squad without reading and knowing the Basic Law... There is no copy of the proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) around for those concerned (other than Malacanang) to form an opinion on whether the contents conform or do not conform to provisions in the Constitution of the Republic. I echo Fr Mercados concern: WHERE IS THE BBL draft??? Most importantly is why did Malacanang rush the signing of a treaty for a so-called new political entity with the Malaysia-controlled MILF, virtually promising them heaven and earth (as in a sub-state) knowing full well that issues pertaining to Constitutionality of the proposed BBL have not been ironed out? Im wondering how these Bangsamoro fighters manage to equip themselves with gears that would rival the Republics Philippine Army... Where are they getting their funds from?
