EMERGENCY APPEAL. Today we are in hell. Welcome to The worst private shelter in Bucharest. Dogs packed into dirty cages, pure skin and bone. Sub zero temperatures and none have anything dry to sleep on No one has fed or cleaned them for months and they have eaten each other it is absolutely heartbreaking and disgusting. We will not post any distressing pictures here. This is a private shelter. We are allowed to take dogs but we need donations for foster and medical costs. We came last night and took one of the guard dogs to the vet last night to save her life. Please donate anything you can so that we can take as many dogs as possible.
