EMERGENCY FOSTER NEEDED! DELAWARE! PLEASE SHARE! This sweet guy is safe tonight, but he needs a foster home ASAP. Someone contacted a friend of mine today about their neighbor who was just sentenced to 18 months in jail and has left his dog chained up outside of his house and neighbors have been feeding him. With the cold weather the neighbors knew the dog cannot stay outside. The owner is willing to give him up so he can have a better home. From what the neighbors say, he is very friendly, good with other small dogs in the neighborhood (they claim to let him off his chain to let him play...smh), but barks at the feral cats around the house. I dont know if he is housebroken or good with kids. My friend went over to check on him today and couldnt leave him behind on that chain surrounded by his own feces and took him home just for the night. He accompanied her to her dog training class (second picture) and did well. He can stay the night at her house, but she will be forced to send him to a shelter tomorrow.
