EMERGENCY WARNING UPDATE: Residents in the area of Treloggins Track and Stieglitz area are asked to activate their fire plans and obey directions from emergency services personnel. If residents are wanting to evacuating the area and unable to leave via St Helens Point Road, Police have advised to meet at the Boat Ramp opposite 242 St Helens Point Road. Residents who are at home and defending their property must protect themselves from the effect of the fire by wearing the right clothing. Sturdy boots, long pants, long sleeved shirt, a P2 dust mask, eye protection and a broad brimmed hat are a minimum. If there is any fire activity causing you concern please report it to the TFS by calling triple zero (000).
