EMOTIONAL ABUSE: IT HAPPEN AMONG FAMILY TOO, AND WHEN YOU COMPLAIN, THEY SAY THAT ITS WAS A JOKE AND THAT YOU ARE TOO SENSITIVE. SOUNDS FAMILIAR DOESN’T IT? Emotional abuse is crippling. It robs a person of their self- esteem, the ability to think rationally, confidence in themselves and their independence and autonomy. They want to remain in control by keeping you confused, anxious, scared and apologetic. Its their way of maintaining control of the twisted situation. They thrive when attempting to make you feel crazy. Its called psychological warfare.
