In collaboration with the VP of Nursing, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing services. Assures coordination of patient care services across the continuum. Establishes an interdisciplinary approach to nursing program and care planning. Works with the VP of Nursing to realize the mission and vision of the organization. Plans and implements policies, procedures, guidelines and standards in compliance with regulatory and accrediting agencies. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in nursing related program.
