ENCINITAS PRESERVATION ASSOCIATION PRESENTS HISTORICAL BUS TOUR Sponsored by SEA COAST EXCLUSIVE PROPERTIES Sunday, September 28 / 9am-12pm & 1pm-4pm The Encinitas Preservation Association (EPA) is pleased to announce Sea Coast Exclusive Properties as the sponsor for the historical bus tour. Sea Coast Exclusive Properties is a locally owned real estate firm with deep ties and a history of service to our community. "Many of our agents are locals that grew up in Encinitas, with family histories that are a part of the Encinitas story. We are excited to be a small part of preserving our local heritage." Said Mike Evans, President of Sea Coast Exclusive Properties. Also, the EPA has changed the date to Saturday, September 28. The three-hour tour will cover 24 historical points of interest within the City of Encinitas including Bumann Ranch and San Elijo Lagoon. The tour is a great opportunity to learn about Encinitas and visit the historic places that make Encinitas the unique city that it is today. The EPA will be hosting two tours that day. The first tour will be held from 9:00am to 12:00pm and the second tour will run from 1:00pm to 4:00pm. The buses will depart from City Hall in Encinitas (505 S Vulcan Ave) and return there at the end of each tour. Ticket pricing is $40 for one ticket or $75 for two tickets. Tickets will be available for purchase online at encinitas101 and at the Encinitas 101 MainStreet office (818 S Coast Hwy 101) beginning September 6, 2013.
