ENDANGERED MISSING WOMAN: Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating a 41-year-old woman missing in the dangerous cold. Keisha Carmon was last seen early Tuesday morning walking in the area of 59th and Kingston in Downers Grove. Ms. Carmon is African American and described as 5’5 tall, 150 pounds, with brown shoulder length hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, black and white hat, black boots and dark blue jogging pants. Anyone who has seen Ms. Carmon is asked to call police. “Share” to help find Keisha Carmon.
