Seller lodge the executed contract with various Ministries together with Partial Proof of Product. Seller sends partial proof of product (PPOP) to the buyer along with pro-forma invoice. Both parties lodge the final contract with their respective banks. The PPOP are as follows: *Company registration *Commitment to supply *Confirmation of product availability *Export License *Product certificate of origin *Product analysis report (Test result) Note: All PPOP documents listed above are issued and verify by appropriate ministries of the Russian Federation. The product analysis report is issued by SGS or it’s equivalent. 6. Upon the confirmation of the PPOP, buyer issues MT103/23 0R the exact text of MT543 annexed/attached with a minimum face value of 10% of the first month shipment. 7. Upon the confirmation that the swift wire in step 6, above, seller issues full pop for the first lift and authorization to dip test to buyers bank with copy to buyer. Buyer conducts Dip test and issues full payment and picks up the first lift along with change of ownership. 8. .for subsequent deliveries, Seller appoints and signs a charter agreement with a suitable and reliable shipping company and sends copy of the CPA to the buyer.. Seller’s bank issue the full proof of product for the life of the contract to the buyer’s bank via swift. At this stage, the title ownership will be changed to the name of the buyer. 9. Monthly delivery follows with revolving funding issued and and followed by buyers dip test. every lift depletes the funding instrument as it revolves automatically to cover weekly purchase. you can edit it or modify it, first to resolve the first lift and resolve the subsequent lifts 10. Buyer issues payment instrument of the 90% of the balance of the first shipment by ARDLC to the seller’s bank. 11.
