ENT thismorning... Have to go to north side of Atlanta to see a pediatric ENT who has privileges at CHOA. Amy has to have her tonsils removed. No doubt about it. The ENT here can do the surgery, but he only works in outpatient facilities, so he is not comfortable doing it. He worries about complications and would prefer Amy in a hospital when it is done, so it is one of his collegues we will see tomorrow. Not sure when they want to get this done. Amys tonsils measure a 3... the scale used is 1-4 and a 4 touches in the middle, so she does have big tonsils. I am glad he admitted he want her in a place that could keep her longer or admit her if needed. I got Christmas early, (especially since I need to travel tomorrow) and my parents put new tires on my car. The other 3 werent bad, but to be safe they replaced all 4. It eases their mind with us traveling so much.
