ENTRANCE EXAM RESULTS ARE BEING DELAYED, SO WHAT DO YOU DO. I would like to stress out that the freshmens year may start at any time of the school calendar. Just because the continuing students are begining their year doesnt mean you too will begin yours- thats not guaranteed! Your calendar will be your calendar and no one knows when it will start. Just as it happened with one intake, they were delayed by more than 5 months hence it shouldnt be of any suprise if yours is taking a bit longer. Just hope that you start soon because if the worst happens, you may be coming here next year (2015). So Ive got some suggestions for you while youre still waiting. Medical training is not that easy (but its really interesting and enjoyable) so I suggest you start sharpening your brain to some medical stuff. You may start with anatomy, physiology, and human chemistry. Because you wont learn everything in class, you better start teaching yourself just now. These are the basic subjects of medicine, of which without their knowledge youre just another lay person. Take your time to look at your body and wonder how it really works. Study the common human processes: breathing, excretion, digestion, immunity, blood circulation, you name it. If you have this knowledge by the time you start your training, youll have covered at least 10% of your basic start. Maybe you may say, what if Im not picked, will I just study for nothing? Trust me, human biology is fascinating to study. Even if you dont make it here, knowing your body is worth it. In case you are successful, I say you will saved some of your time trying to understand how things work. But if you have some other plans besides studying medicine, you have two obvious choices; go ahead with them or wait a little longer. Whatever you choose depends on what you think is best for you. So my word to everyone, WAIT. Have patience and a little faith that the results will be out and things will be your way.
