Main capabilities should meet the following requirements: Designing and establishing digital agenda for a training institute that is into Management Systems training delivery. I mean the entire digital agenda and not just web design, though a website needs to be put in place. The digital agenda will have a convergence effect, putting the website too into that. Video and print also need to be converged. This would typically mean a balanced visual communication approach, growing it as the business grows. Mobile Learning is an important component of the convergence model we visualize. The business has the potential to grow as an alternative business education model, covering management system (mainly ISO standards) specializations like -- Quality, Environment, Health & Safety, Information Security, Business Continuity, Energy, Anti-Bribery, etc. Risk Management is the integrating factor that will create a commonality in the training delivery approach. The expectation is that the number of major education & training courses will be about 7-8, while the adds-on may go up to about 50. The business is expected to complement the Make in India campaign of the Govt, addressing challenges in training people and thus complement the govts efforts to make it successful. The training business is already started is in a prototype level, though precise deliveries have already been made in India and the Middle East. The first training in India was conducted for a well-known IT Services Major at their Chennai facility. Preference goes to professionals who have the insatiable urge to be part of a venture, appreciating entrepreneurial risks. As of now, the business strategy appears to be a kind of blue ocean. Each of the existing stakeholders have more than a decade experience in Management Systems Consulting, Training and Audits, They are qualified and empanelled Lead Auditors and Lead Tutors with Certification Bodies and have consulting and domain knowledge experience in Technology, Law, Public Administration, Business Process Management in different verticals, and significant experience in living with entrepreneurial risks. Ethics is the manifesting part of the business capital the entrepreneurs have invested. The business will be a candidate for funding invitations in 2 years from now. Presently, it is in the bootstrapping mode. Yes, the people, we are looking at, need to understand the business and the patience to appreciate the delivery model and be good at brainstorming and typically act as stakeholders in blending design & development with content, in multiple delivery formats. Ability to articulate thoughts and clutterless design sense are the USPs we look at in our co-entrepreneurs. We would prefer to look at a team of at least 2 professionals, with complementary skill set, forming up a well-gelled team, while eager to interact with lone lions also to find the bottom of our efforts and to pierce into the market with the business agenda in short time.
