ENTREPRENEURS....PSA...over the years I have seen many businesses go in and out of business in less than a year. Many have lost their life savings because they did not have the know how, or do the basic things to have a business. They picked terrible locations for their business (did not do a market analysis)....failed to advertise....(word of mouth and social media dont get it)....failed to do even a basic thing like register their business with the state...doing business as... DBA....and later found out that all the product that they had made could not be used because the name was already registered with someone else and it was an infringement upon their trademark....SIGH... .If you plan to start a business....please seek counsel of some sort vs trying to figure it out as you go. Could cost you everything that you have put into it.......that is all....
