EOM June 2013 So here’s where the month ended out: Upper Split (*=superset) Decline: 245/5/6-8 Lat-Pulldown*: 320/5/6-8 Mil Press: 225/5/6-8 BB Row*: 205/5/6-8 Upright Row: 135/5/6-8 Rear Delt Fly*: 50/5/6-8 Preacher curl: 105/5/6-8 Rope Pull Down*: 170/5/6-8 Cable Curls: 70/5/6-8 Overhead Tricep Ext.*: 130/5/6-8 21s: 5 sets Skull Crusher Plus*: 100/5/6-8 Lower Split (*=superset) Squat: 315/5/6-8 Lunges*: BW/5/20 Leg Ext: 365/5/6-8 Romanian DL*: 225/5/6-8 Leg Press: 1170/5/6-8 Hamstring Curl*: 120/5/6-8 (each side) Floor wipers variations: 5 sets 15 reps Side crunch*: 5 sets 10 reps I’m happy with the gains and a bit bummed about the lifts that stayed stagnant. In the end, I think the volume was a bit much. This may be why I plateaued in some areas. Also, my back was screaming at me so I’m going to switch it up with a more traditional Hypertrophic Specific Training (HST) plan. I’ll post the new log soon.
