(((EPHESIANS 1:22))) Ephesians 1:22 And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, hath put all things under his feet We find this prophecy being fulfilled at the cross. Psalm 110:1 The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool. We find verse 22 signifies that God put all created things under his feet and this is not just dealing with angels & mankind but everything that God created. Hebrews 2:8 Thou hast put all things in subjection under his feet. For in that he put all in subjection under him, he left nothing that is not put under him. But now we see not yet all things put under him. Interesting thought is that I believe it is dealing with the sovereignty of God and how much power & control He has presently that we cannot tell presently how much control he has over everything. gave him to be the head over all things to the church God the Father has given His only begotten Son to be the only head over the church. God uses a metaphor head as a means that that Christ is the highest in power over the church. We find that in verse 21 Christ is far above everything in heaven, and on earth, and in the age to come. We find in verse 22 that Christ has put everything that is created under His feet. V22 the church reigns with Christ and shares in his power. Amazing facts is that God loves His church and gave himself an all spiritual blessings, & power to the church. We do good to realize the importance of loving the brethren. Jesus laid his life down for the church and anyone who claims to be saved and is walking in darkness is because they have not been delivered. the father loved the church that He gave His ALL -CHRIST- for the church.Pastors do good to pay more attention to the body of Christ. People are so much focused on souls that they totally neglect the importance of edifying the Saints. Do you not think we should also be like Christ? Jesus Christ was all about His plan for the church likewise we should be all about Gods plan for the Saints in the local assembly.
