EPOS Health Management is a German based consultancy firm supporting the Ministry of Health in Mchinji, Dedza, Ntcheu and Balaka districts on behalf of GIZ in strengthening Quality Management and Health Management Information Systems with a focus on Reproductive Health. EPOS Health Management office in Lilongwe is inviting applications from suitably qualified and interested candidates for the position of Driver/Office Assistant. Key Responsib...ilities 1. Drive EPOS vehicles for official purposes in a safe manner and within local traffic regulations to assigned destinations 2. Collect and deliver mail, documents and other items 3. Responsible for day-to-day maintenance of the assigned vehicle 4. Ensure that the vehicle is kept clean all the time 5. Ensure that the logbook is completed and up to date at all times and compile monthly reports 6. Adhere to EPOS and GIZ transport regulations 7. Cleaning of the office and utensils 8. Any other duties that may be assigned by seniors from time to time Education and Experience • MSCE or its equivalent • Possession of a clean valid SADC driving license • More than 5 years driving experience • Experience in driving to rural areas in Malawi • Knowledge of mechanics is an added advantage • Previous experience working for an international organization is an added advantage Additional attributes • Ability to assist others and take on additional responsibilities • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Be resilient and able to work under pressure Applicants must send their application letters and CV and two traceable referees through email, eposjobs@yahoo or hand delivery at Arwa House 2, ground floor, City Centre, Lilongwe.
