EQ & IQ Emotional Quotient is defined as an individuals abilty to identify, percieve, evaluate, control and express emotions. Intelligience Quotient is a score recieved from standardized assessments designed to assess an individuals intelligience. IQ as the name implies is used to determine academic abilities and identify individuals with the off-the-chart intelligience or mental challenges while EQ is a better indicator of success in the workplace and is used to identify leaders, good team players and the people who best work by themselves. Which is more important???? I think both is because A high IQ will get you through school and A high EQ will get you through life Let me hear your opinion on this, which is more important IQ or EQ?? #Debzygold.....
