EQ:N is an MMORPG while EQ:N landmark is minecraft, both will be interwoven with each other a bit, with particularly good creations/popular creations from EQN:landmark being put into EQN, hence marking of land (landmark) The devs have gone to great lengths to explain that EQ Landmark is a full MMORPG game in its own right, however the game will be much more focused on exploring, gathering and creation whereas EQ Next will be focused on experiencing the world and lore of Norrath.
