Got behind on a little council tax then these Rats come searching for commission I think the council tax issue is gaining serious momentum now, its where TV licensing was five years ago, I have recently been told by my council that when they go to court they usually have several hundred summonses that they want to convert into liability orders, the process is to get the magistrate to sign the front sheet, no case is read on merit, and they rely on you not turning up at court, they then grant their own approval to issue these liability orders, hence acting as judge, jury, and executioner all in one, they then get a bench legal manager (whoever that is ? ) to sign a copy signature, and that signature is copied onto every liability order they send out, the whole process is unlawful, and needs all of us to start exposing the scam they are getting away with year after year, they are leaning heavily on our naivety, and using scaremongering tactics to false us into compliance, when the reality is, they have virtually no power to enforce this upon us, its the power we are giving to them. youtu.be/amQRyVJfrCE
