ERGENEKON DAVASINDA YARGILANANLARIN FULL LISTESI VE ALDIKLARI CEZALAR Ergenekon Davasına bakan İstanbul 13. Ağır Ceza Mahkemesi 66sı tutuklu 275 sanık hakkında verdiği 503 sayfalık karar iki bölümden oluşuyor. İlk bölümde sanıkların bireysel durumlarına ilişkin hükümler, ikinci bölümde ise tutuklama, tahliye ve suç duyurularına ilişkin hükümler yer alıyor. SANIKLARIN CEZA ALDIKLARI SUÇLAR ŞÖYLE: Sanıkların ceza aldıkları suçlar ise genel olarak şunlar: Ergenekon Silahlı Terör Örgütü üyesi olmak, Ergenekon silahlı terör örgütüne bilerek ve isteyerek yardım etmek, Cebir ve şiddet kullanarak Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hükümetini ortadan kaldırmaya veya görevlerini yapmasını kısmen veya tamamen engellemeye teşebbüs, suç üstlenme, kişisel verileri kaydetme suçu, kişisel verileri verme veya ele geçirme, yasaklanan bilgileri açıklama suçu, devletin güvenliğine ilişkin bilgileri temin etme, yasaklanan bilgileri temin etme, tehlikeli maddeleri izinsiz olarak bulundurma, genel güvenliği kasten tehlikeye sokma, 6136 sayılı kanunua muhalefet, mala zarar verme suçuna azmettirmek.
