ERRATA It seems whilst building the website an honest mistake was made. It seems that an about file written by another author not under our control got into the files to be uploaded, it was lifted from the web in error. It was not a hack as first suspected. The particular file had details of me, my business and all sorts on it, however thats another matter entirely. Whats most painful is this particular author obviously has a liking for irish politics and there was a link on that about file where the author tried to link our website to irish politics. The author was obviously trying to damage scot2.scot. Let me be absolutely clear on this, we have no such links and thousands of people can vouch both for me and the rest of the team on this. We have no interest whatsoever in Irish politics and absolutely distance the team and our entire communications portal from the words contained in it and have removed the file immediately it was discovered. We hope this makes our intentions clear and apologise for any inconvenience it may have caused. It seems that when you try to do a bit of good in this world, theres always someone there trying to trip you up. Thats lesson number one well learned.
