The Lex:lead Group announces its: 2013 Essay Competition up to seven (7) scholarships of US$500 apiece The Lex:lead Group is pleased to announce a scholarship competition for law students in developing countries about 47 except Kenya. Up to seven (7) scholarships of US$500 each will be awarded in early 2014 to students submitting winning essays by 31 December 2013 on the, question: ‘How Can the Rule of Law Reduce Poverty and Foster Economic Growth?’ Eligibility Applicants must register by 31 October 2013 to email lexlead@yahoo providing proof of citizenship in an Eligible Country and proof of enrollment in a law faculty in an Eligible Country. Application forms are available at lex-lead.org or can be requested by email at lexlead@yahoo. Applicants meeting competition criteria will be assigned a registration number which they are to use in submitting essays by 31 December 2013.
