ESSENTIAL SERVICES COMMISSION RELEASES PRINCIPLES PAPER IN CONNECTION WITH VICTORIAN TAXI FARE REVIEW FOR FARES TO APPLY FROM 1st JULY, 2014. Previously we advised that the release of the ESC Principles Paper was imminent. That paper has been released in the last few minutes. In due course, the Essential Services Commission will invite further submissions as the next step in the fare-setting process.
