ETIHAD AIRWAYS Stop Boasting about your achievements and awards , when the customer isnt happy about your service. I have been trying to reach Etihad from last 2 days , but of no luck. I would suggest the CEO to try to do a Booking using Etihad cust service number, even the CEO of company will opt other flight options kicking out their own service.its taking hours just describing about Etihad and their facilities and never connecting to the customer service. Its been more than 48 hours since my luggage is missing and there is no update or information either from Etihad nor from any dependent authorities describing what has happened to my Baggage. Friends just for the sake of saving 100$ , dont plan to take up Etihad. On the day I arrived, I have seen several instances of Etihad customers having horrible experiences. Some Guests didnt even receive a Single Check In Baggage. I pity the Service of Etihad and I pray for the good luck of your future customers.
