EU did negotiate the Agreement between Serbia and Kosovo. Every one was happy. But with regard to the present Government in Belgrade where the party of former warlord Milosevic and the radicals are in power - there are miles and miles of difference inbetween signing and implementing one agreement. To your attention: One of the most important points in that Agreement which regulates that neither Prishtina or Belgrade will put obstacles toward accession of the other part in various international organisation - is being broken by Belgrade by this statement that minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia did give today: They will do whatever they can to stop Kosovo join OSCE (Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe). So my friends, tell me please: What is this agreement worth for? EU is the one that took responsibility to make sure to implement it. I ask: Having in mind that EU has never been able to implement anything in the Western Balkans without the interference of USA, how can they think that this time it will work having in mind the above?
