EVEN WHEN THEY CALL US NAMES: Its past time, its getting late. I do not believe the Democrat Party is wrong all of the time, and I know the Republican isnt right all of time. But I believe the kind of liberal thinking of our President and others like the mayor of New York who want to fundamentally change Anerica will end up destroying America. Yesterday two New York City Police Officers, one Asian, one Hispanic, were executed in the name of white privilege and in revenge for the deaths of two African Americans by police. The protesters who marched and called for the deaths of police officers were encouraged by our President. Im afraid more killings are coming. When the President puts politics over safety, security and common sense, he becomes a threat to people who have jobs, pay taxes, go to church, own guns and obey the law, it is time to take a stand. Its time to stand up against the liberal mindset that controls the media and aids the Democrats. It is also time to stand up against much of the Republican Party that is run by and for the benefit of the super rich. It is time we as local citizens start attending city council meetings, school board meetings and county commission meetings. It is time we start asking questions. Its time we make waves and refuse to sit down and shut up. It is time we joined forces and run good people for office. Im sick and tired of being sick and tired. I put up signs for Ronald Reagan when I was twelve and have worked in every campaign since. At times I have been a hypocrite and been paid to help those in power who thought of me as a second class citizen. Thats going to stop, I dont need their money. If Im asking others to do more, so must I. When I read about those officers in New York, that taxes in Tennessee may be going up and that new bailouts for corporations were just passed by Congress, I say our country has lost its way. Something needs to be done and Im going to try. Pardon my early morning rant, this has been heavy on my heart. Happy Sunday.
