""Advisory for paopao and Alia fishing boats remains in effect for all Samoa coastal waters due to high swells and fresh east to northeast winds."" NORTHERN COASTAL WATERS: Tonight & Tomorrow: East to northeast winds of 10-20 mph with a few gusty periods. Waves of 4-5 feet with easterly swells of 6-8 feet. Thursday & Friday: East to southeast winds of 10-20 mph. Poor visibility in showers with thunderstorms. Waves of 3-5 feet with easterly swells of 4-6 feet. SOUTHERN COASTAL WATERS: Tonight & Tomorrow: Easterly winds of 10-20 mph with a few gusty periods. Poor visibility in showers. Waves of 4-6 feet with southeast swells of 7-9 feet. Thursday & Friday: East to southeast winds of 10-20 mph with gusty periods. Poor visibility in showers with thunderstorms. Waves of 4-6 feet with southeast swells of 5-7 feet.
