EVENING DEVOTION/Thoughts: 1. We ALL were born sinners (from Eve/Adam) unable to commune with our Holy God, because He cannot associate with sin/sinners not atoned-for or sanctified. 2. Therefore, to commune with God in this life and be saved, and to be with Him eternally as opposed to being in Hell, each individual must accept Jesus Christ as being the payment for their sins - by believing upon what He has done on the cross (paying for our sins, dying, and later rising from the dead to defeat sin) and still does. 3. Faith in Jesus provides Belief & Salvation, and repentance then follows by necessity, as does a willingness to confess and share to confirm it. 4. Gods Holy Spirit then seals you for eternity, assuming the salvation and repentance are genuine and not just emotional. 5. Heaven then follows after this life....
