EVENING MEDITATION - COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS Christmas officially comes to an end this weekend with the Baptism of Jesus. Before we say farewell to Christmas and the gift of the Christ child we should take a moment to reflect on this question: What blessings has God grace me with? God is so good to each of us in ways that we take for granted. God has indeed done marvelous things for us and the end of the year is a great time to reflect on those ways God has been present in our lives. The new year will be filled with opportunities to grow closer to God on our faith journey. He is always there, so take just a minute to reflect on this truth.
