EVENT ANNOUNCEMENTS AND REQUEST: Firstly, I will be teaching a class to kids about Christmas in America on November 29th, and were looking for someone who has a Santa costume to come in and give the kids presents during the last part of the class. Would anyone be willing/able to be Santa for like 10 minutes? If youre interested, hit me up! Secondly, this Saturday and Sunday, from 13:30-16:00 on each day (Sabae on Sat, Fukui on Sunday), religious philosopher/UFO and crop circle researcher Benjamin Creme will be coming and giving talks about UFOs and their supposed attempts to contact us. In Fukui the talk will be at AOSSA 6F Room 607, and in Sabae it will be be at the Culture Center (文化館) 2F, Room 3. Should be an out-of-this-world experience. Ive heard his speaking skills are stellar. Its also a free event so theres no reason to miss this star-studded event. Ok Ill stop now sorry. Also, on Dec. 20th the Sabae International Association will be putting on a Christmas party that has unlimited food/drinks for 2000 yen, from 6-8. The place is Sabaes Kyoyo Kaikan, Tamokuteki Hall (2-7-1 Sakuramachi). You have to RSVP by Nov. 28 and you can do so by emailing [email protected]. I hear theyll have a live band as well.
