Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Description : -Create your own source and develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. -Arrange interviews and make any necessary arrangements for pre-employment checks and test, deal with all routine correspondence to applicants, including writing to successful and unsuccessful job applicants -Post openings in different places and advertisements, with professional organizations and in other positions appropriate venues. -Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates -Review resumes credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements -Conduct Initial phone interviews with complete , accurate ,and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position -Interview the candidates using the face to face method based on Competencies Based Interview -Fully Orient the accepted candidates from our side to be well prepared before the final interview -Confirm the final interview date and time and follow up with the candidates -Filing the candidate’s applications -Calibrating the interviews with the client -Representing the Company in employment fairs and any public events Requirements : - Males only - Bachelor degree or equivalent - HR diploma or certificate is preferred - 1-2 years minimum experience in Recruitment ( in recruitment agencies or outsourcing companies hiring Blue collars is a Must ) -Very good speaking & writing English -Perfect communication skills. -Excellent computer proficiency (MS office-Word, Excel and outlook). - Ability to multi-task and prioritize. - Ability to work under pressure.
