EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT Video clip from wpix news 11 this morning. If you are looking to be more informed, this brief summary of what is going on with testing is spot on!!!! Parents, pls take the 10 minutes to watch it. Dont have 10 minutes? Go to the last 3-4 minutes where they explain how parents or teachers never get the results. If teachers and parents dont get the results to help their students/children, then why are our children taking these tests? You must ask yourself these questions. The only reason they take these tests is to evaluate their teachers and for the govt to gather data on ur children to form a profile on them. 8 hours of testing for general Ed and 17 for special Ed and months of test prep with reduced teaching and classroom learning all to evaluate the teacher and gather data on your child. PLEASE stay informed parents!!!!
