EXCELLENT NEWS TODAY FROM ACCESS CONNECTICUT!! House Bill 5144 - An Act Concerning Access To Birth Certificates and Parental Health Information for Adopted Persons, was just approved by the Public Health Committee and voted out to the House Floor!! Its not over yet, but this is a huge step. Last year, the bill did not make it out of this committee. My sincere personal thanks go to Senator Don Williams and Representative Danny Rovero for signing on as co-sponsors.
