EXCERPT – BROKEN COMMANDMENTS “Welcome back Sidney. How was the conference?” Olivia Teal leaned down and placed an absent kiss on his cheek. The scent of Sheila McCartney wafted through his brain. Like everything else about her, Olivia’s fragrance was subtle and conservative. She was a very attractive woman but reserved. Not one for outward signs of wealth, she preferred classically tailored looks that showed off her still-youthful body to best advantage. “It went well, I saw Pastor Hawkins from First A.M.E. He heard her sigh. “Oh well I knew what I was getting into.” Sidney’s heart dropped. He hated making her sad. “Well we did have a few days together, right baby?” “Yeah,” she sounded less than convinced. “Look I just got into the house and I’m tired. I’ll see you in church on Sunday. “ The phone clicked off. Click below to grab your copy of this sizzling read that illuminates infidelity behind the pulpit!
