Submissions are open to all. We accept previously published work, multiple submissions, and simultaneous submissions (work submitted to more than one publisher at a time). We only accept submissions via email. Please send ALL submissions to submissions.pythia@gmail Please include the title and genre of your piece in the subject line and supply us with your name and contact information in the body of the email. A 3rd-person author bio of less than 100 words is encouraged. Your submission should be attached as a Microsoft Word or Word-compatible file, a JPG, or a PNG file. FICTION: You may send up to three stories at a time. We will accept no stories longer than 25 pages (approx. 6400 words). Your submission should be typed and double-spaced. POETRY: You may send up to five poems at a time. Your submission should be typed and may be single or double spaced. ART: You may send up to ten works of art at a time. Please include the title and year of completion with each piece. We encourage artists to send at least five images, and to include a short artist’s statement and author bio (under 100 words) with your submission. Your attachments should be JPG or PNG files of the highest quality available. ESSAYS: You may send one essay at a time. We will accept no essays longer than 15 pages (approx. 3700 words). Your submission should be typed and double-spaced. Essays may take the form of creative nonfiction, memoir, biography, reviews, or academic papers, to name a few examples. However, essays must demonstrate literary or creative merit and be broadly related to the themes of art, literature, and spirituality.
