EXCITING NEWS!!! We have an absolute positive sighting of Diamond. She came within 5-10 feet of a volunteer and then bolted tonight around 11:00pm. The volunteer was able to make a solid identification and we are positive it was Diamond! We were able to go out to the area near BHS and look for her. She seems to be staying in the area of the Battlefield/DMV/Long Park side. So she is alive. She is able to run REALLY fast, and has access to fresh water. She did bolt and run when approached, so this is a waiting game. We want to keep her nearby and need those dog rescuers fast!
