EXCUSE: I cant help slamming the weight! CLANK! NO EXCUSES TIP: The occasional slam is commonplace when you are using resistance equipment like cables or seated leg press, but dropping the weight is bad manners! Not to mention lowering the weight without control is asking for injury! Usually, the slamming of weight means you are not working through the full range of motion so you may not be getting the results you are after. Lower the weight under control and do every rep fully and with good form (and less clanking!).
