**EXECUTOR DE SON TORT** A person who is entrusted with an asset by a deceased before his demise has no absolute power to deal it according to his whim and caprices.but what will makes you upset is,some of the entrusters of nowadays adopts the tradition of utilizing the assets entrusted to them as if they are the real owners amid the caution made by the law.i advise that whoever find himself as a victim of such,to apply to the court for redress.
