EXERCISE AND NUTRITION~ ~ My day started with a breakfast of Greek yoghurt, a glass of aloe vera juice and avocado slices with little sugar and light cream. Spent 3 hours at the fitness center afterwards lifting weights, jogging and walking on treadmill, exercise bike, back exercises, crunches, stretching, yoga, swimming, water aerobics, water massage, steam bath and sauna. Burned 587 calories. Felt refreshed and reinvigorated afterwards. For lunch, I made a tuna salad with some lettuce, tomatoes, hibiscus and roses from my garden. Stir fried shrimps with broccoli and a cup of rice will be for dinner. Nutritious and healthy!
