EXODUS 32:31-32 So Moses went back to the Lord and said, “Oh, what a great sin these people have committed! They have made themselves gods of gold. But now, please forgive their sin—but if not, then blot me out of the book you have written.” Loved ones, Moses knew that many of Gods people had greatly sinned against God, and in the worst of ways. Yet, because of Moses affection and perhaps feeling of responsibility for the people of Israel, he was willing to give His life for them. Maybe even the ultimate sacrifice of eternal life for them. Sacrifice! I want to thank the Veterans here in America who have been willing to offer their lives for our safety and a country based on; IN GOD WE TRUST! I also want to thank those who are reading this who are willing to protect their country as well. Sacrifice So loved ones, above we have some powerful examples of those who are willing to sacrifice. For Christians who are reading this tonight, how much are you willing to sacrifice for your brothers and sisters in Christ? Are you willing to attend a prayer meeting and miss a TV show, in order that God may say yes to a healing or revival in your church or town? Are you willing to suffer through a fast for someone that you love; or perhaps someone that you dont even know? (I am speaking to myself as well.) There are many ways to sacrifice for those in need! Jesus sacrificed His life for us sinners. Moses was willing to sacrifice himself in order to lessen the punishment of the people that he was leading! Again, what are you and I willing to sacrifice for our brothers and sisters in Christ? Do we have the Love that it takes to sacrifice for those who are lost without Jesus? What would Jesus do? I too am convicted and encouraged! David Prayer of Salvation; For those that want to be Saved. Pray this prayer; Dear Jesus, I am a sinner and I need a Savior. Please forgive me of my sins. Jesus I am ready to place my trust in you. I believe you are the Son of God, that you came down from heaven and gave up your life for all sin and rose from the dead. Jesus, I need you in my life, I am inviting you into my life today. Amen.
