[EXOGINE] Chen: You were sitting on the bathroom floor, resting your forehead against the sink. Your eyes were closed as you flushed the toilet and sighed. You had been suffering from morning sickness for almost a month now and your period was late. But the period thing hadn’t concerned you, it sometimes happened that it was a few days late but now you were starting to worry. You pulled yourself up from the floor and brushed your teeth and splashed some cold water in your face. You then walked out of the bathroom and then you sat down on your bed. You looked over at your calendar and counted the days since your last period. It was way over due, maybe you were pregnant. Then you counted the days from when you last saw Chen, the day he left for his comeback in China. It was about a month ago and the night before Chen left the two of you had gotten… a bit… wild in the bed if you want to say so. And the two of you may have forgotten to use a condom. You stood up from you bed and pulled on a pair of jeans and one of Chen’s sweaters that he left at home and then walked out towards the pharmacy. You bought a pregnancy test and then went home again. You went to the bathroom and went along the instructions and then waited. And waited. And waited. Then you walked back to the bathroom and took up the stick. And there it was, that little pink plus sign. You let out the breath you were holding and looked up into the mirror. You slowly sat down on the lid of the toilet and just stared. You couldn’t believe it. You looked at the test again and shook your head, what would Chen say? The only way to find out was to tell him now. You put the test on the sink and then walked to the bedroom. You picked up your phone and dialed the number that Chen had left you that was to their dorm phone in China. You put the phone against your ear and waited as the signals rang through before someone answered. “Hello?” asked Luhan and you sighed. “Hi Luhan, It’s me, ___. Is Chen there?” You said nervously and bit your nails while pacing the bedroom. “Yeah, I’ll get him!” Luhan said and you heard him call Chen over and then Chen’s voice rang through the phone. ”___!” he called your name and you smiled. “Hi Chen.” you said quietly. “Why are you calling now? I told you I’d call you later tonight” he said but you could hear the smile in his voice. “I… I have something to tell you.” you said and sat down on the bed. You took a deep breath. “Okay?” Chen said and you heard him scramble on the other side, probably walking into another room. “I… I might be pregnant” you said and had to pull your phone away from your ear when the phone only sent through bustling. “Oh shit” you heard muffled from the other side and then he was back at the phone. “What did you say?” he asked and you furrowed your brows. “I’m pregnant” you said again. It was quiet from the other side for a while before he spoke again. “Are you sure?” “I am as sure as I can be” you said, now a bit frustrated with him. “Oh my…” he mumbled and you nodded a bit. “Are-Are you going to keep it?” “I-I think I will. I want to keep it” “Then keep it. It’ll be our baby” You smiled when he said that and you could hear him chuckle. “Wow” he saidand you nodded. “I want you to come over.” “what?” “Come to China to me.
