EXPARTIATE QUOTA. This is a consent in writing granted to a company to employ an alien to specifically designated job position( Work permit). REQUIREMENTS. 1. Purchase NIPC form1 and obtain receipt. 2. Complete the form and submit it with the following. a. Photocopy of receipt for payment of the form. b. the certificate of incorporation of the company for sighting. c. Joint venture or partnership agreement where applicable. d. Detail of shareholding of a foreigner in the company. e. the company must have a minimum share capital of N5million. f. Certified true copy of statement of share capital (form cac2) and particulars of Directors(form cac 7). g. Memorandum and article of association of the company. h. Approval of a professional body if the quota is to be used in a specialised or professional sector of the economy. I. Tax clearance certificate. j. evidence that the personnel required is not likely to be available in Nigeria. K. The names, address , qualification and position to be occupied. l. The company must produce a training for Nigerians in addition to management succession schedule. m. Feasibility report and project implemention program where applicable.
