EXPECT GREAT THINGS FROM THE GREAT I AM Proverbs 23:18 For surely there is an end; and thine expectation shall not be cut off. Most of the time especially when it comes to the things of God, our expectations become our experience. The woman with an issue of blood expected to be healed the moment she touched the hem of the Master’s garment, and it was so. Blind Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus, cried to the Son of David; he expected to be heard and to receive his sight, his expectation became his experience. The Lord will by no means cast out those who come to Him expecting big things from Him. First and foremost, He is the one who gave the invitation for all to come, ask and receive, He said “Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened. Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone? Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent? If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?” (Matthew 7: 7-11). Ask for healing from any kind of illness, and it shall be given you; ask for financial provision and it shall be given you, ask for anything, and it shall be yours. The Lord has given you a blank check, fill it, and then get what you want. He doesn’t expect you not to receive. He doesn’t expect you to receive money when you have asked for healing. Therefore, you shouldn’t expect not to receive either. You should expect to receive everything you ask from the Lord. Never pray without expecting an answer. God expects you to pray and have answers to your prayers. If He had designed it any other way, He would never have invited you to pray. He says with a heart full of compassion “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. “ (Matthew 11:28) You’ve gone to many places looking for help to no avail; you’ve labored so hard to take away this heavy burden you are carrying, instead of it becoming lighter or leaving, it is getting worse. The Lord is saying to you child ‘come unto me and I will give you rest’. He wants to give you rest from every pain, sickness, disease, and every burden you’re carrying. But you say “Pastor, You don’t understand, the Doctors said there is no cure for this sickness.” Beloved, we thank God for the Doctors but they are not God – they don’t have the final say – God does. And He is asking you today “Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me?” Jeremiah 32:27 Doctors are men; they have limited information and limited abilities, but God is Divine, He is omniscient (knows everything), omnipresent (He is present everywhere at the same time), and omnipotent (He is all-powerful – limitless in ability). “…With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.” (Matthew 19:26). Men may say there is no cure for cancer; HIV/AIDs and so on and so forth. But with God nothing is impossible! What is impossible with man is possible with God. If we receive the Doctors report, God’s report is greater! In Exodus 15:26 He said to the Children of Israel “…I am (not ‘I was’) the LORD that healeth thee.” (Emphasis mine.) The I AM healeth all the time. But how many diseases can He heal? David testifies that He “…forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases” Psalms 103:3 He “… is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us” (Ephesians 3: 20). Put no limitations on the limitless God. Expect great things from the Great ‘I AM’ and you’ll experience great things. Expect a miracle to happen and it will happen. Most of the time miracles don’t happen to those who need them, they happen to those who expect them. Psalms 34:8 says “O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.” Taste and see that He is not the Great ‘I WAS’ but that He is the Great ‘I AM’. O taste and see that Jesus is not dead, but that He’s alive and He’s the same yesterday, today and forever (Hebrews 13: . Get your faith established with these facts 1. a. God cannot fail, if He could He wouldnt be God b. God cannot lie, if He could He wouldnt be God c. God cannot act against His own word, if He could He would not be God D. God (Love) cannot act against His character and nature, if He could He would not be God. Whatever He has said is is, whatever He said was was, and whatever He said will be 2. There is no such a thing as big problem , big sickness or big sin before God; the price that was paid to take away all these troubles is the same: the blood of Jesus. To God HIV is as a simple headache. Your debts as a simple ant. Stop magnifying your troubles and start magnifying your God. What you focus your eyes on you magnify. As a servant of the most High, appointed, anointed and approved of God Himself to speak and act in the Name of Jesus, i say to you with the authority that God has vested in me, if you can expect a miracle and praise God for it before you see it with your physical eyes youll receive it before this day ends, some of you before this year ends. Listen. I speak for Jesus. Jesus said to me He that heareth you heareth me; and he that despiseth you despiseth me; and he that despiseth me despiseth him that sent me. (Luke 10:16). I know what i have from God and what He has sent me to do. If youll look at this message and despise it youd succeed to despise your own miracle. Those who will believe this post: 1. Will be healed 2. Their debts will be canceled 3. They will receive supernatural connections 4. They will receive supernatural favor fr promotion and others for a new Job 5. The devils that have been tormenting you especially depression will vanish 6. Theyll receive their miracles and answers to the prayers theyve prayed this year. I have written as the Lord has enabled me. God is my witness, what i have written is true and itll come true for those who will only believe.
