EXPECTATIONS OF BISP WELFARE ASSOCIATION FROM EMPLOYEES BISP Employees Welfare Association request you to stay calm and cool my team is same like you, me and my team is also facing the financial crisis just think about 7 million beneficiaries especially in flooded areas who have nothing to wear, eat and live waiting for 3600 Rs as per announced by Finance Minister Ishaq Dar in budget speech 2013-14. As BISP Welfare Association is working under the supervision of All Pakistan Secretariat Employees Co-ordination Council a huge and well known platform for the solution of Secretariat employee’s problems all over the Pakistan so we have to consult them before taking any step I just need your unity. BISP Employees Welfare Association is proud of you that besides severe financial crisis you are still performing your duties because God has selected you to serve the man kind you are one of the best employee among any other government organization serving the 7 million poor families who are living below the poverty line and within a short period of time due to your dedication, hard work punctuality BISP is recognized as a roll model for all the world and your work has been acknowledged by International donors. Grant me the privilege to serve you for your cause on any platform. BISP Welfare Employees Association is well aware of devision/region/tehsil level problems you are facing. Most of the offices are on rent you are facing the pressure from landlord, most of telephones are disconnected resulting no communication with H/O and you are unable to open case management to add, update, delete duplicate records this is creating more disappointment in beneficiaries. Immense pressure from beneficiaries demanding 3600 RS announced in budget 2013-14.
